Q. What makes you a woman of strength?

A. My faith in Allah. A woman has a power to change the world.

Q. How did you get here and how long have you been in this field?

A. I did MS Management Sciences in HR to know the prevailing situation of Human Resource Practices especially in Faisalabad. After completing my first research, I decided to start my own business in order to give proper rights to Human Resource especially Labour that is the backbone of every business but unfortunately most of the businessmen overlook this fact. I am working in this field for last three years.

Q. What has been your vision and what do you most love about your work?

A. Customer satisfaction-To give proper rights to Human Resource especially Labour that is the backbone of every business.

Q. What do you think is your biggest achievement throughout your professional journey?

A. Needle Cord has become an acclaimed fashion brand due to originality of designs and quality of fabric. Needle Cord has introduced the best style using innovative designs, exquisite cuts and patterns keeping in mind the affordability and expectations of customers. The brand provides the wide range of high quality products to enlighten your style by incorporating the cultural values.

Q. What are your current projects and what do you plan on doing in the near future?

A. Needle Cord aims to receive multiple contracts to empower people with long term rewarding employment and bring technology at work to ensure human advancement.

Q. A word of advice from your experience for women who wish to pursue a career path.

A. A strong woman is not afraid to meet the world. Your determination and strength will help you to overcome all the issues. Having faith in Allah will release you from the captivity of hopelessness.
