Your city: Karachi and Abbottabad
What makes you a woman of strength and determination?
If you are passionate about anything and you take it as a challenge then no hurdles can defeat you.
How did you get here and how long have you been in this profession (or been doing what you do)?
My husband knew how passionate I was about travel so he involved me in his profession too. I learned each and everything in my 52 days of honeymoon. So it’s been 3 years I have been into this profession.
What has been your vision and what do you most love about your work?
My Vision is to ‘Promote the Potential of Tourism in Pakistan’ and make this country as a best Tourism and adventurous place in the world.
As I am so passionate about travelling I take every challenge as a new exploration and love to travel with my groups again and again and explore the same place with an excitement as if I am visiting it for the first time.
What do you think is your biggest achievement throughout your professional journey?
It was in 2015 when I was 7 months pregnant and had to manage a group of 50 people along with 40 girls: it was my biggest challenge and also was really an amazing experience as well as my biggest achievement and it was our best group tour among all.
What are your current projects and what do you plan on doing in the near future?
We are working on many new ventures, in which one of our projects is the cleaning campaign of Northern Areas after the season. In future, In shaa Allah, we will be soon exploring many Hidden pearls of Pakistan with our groups.
A word of advice you would like to pass on to women professionals who wish to pursue same career path as you?
If you are passionate about anything and you take it as a challenge then no hurdles can defeat you! You can go from one day being under pressure to join a profession you feel nothing for, to another day becoming a family of travel experts, wandering the world and learning something new every day.
