Q. How long have you been in this profession?
A. I have been in this profession for almost 2.5 years. I am working for Ufone.
Q. What has been your vision and what do you most love about your job?
A. My vision has always been that a good job is a mixture of internal and external exploration, thinking and having self-awareness of your needs and wants. The thing I love most about my job is the interaction with the people and the good environment which I am offered and the chances to gain more knowledge.
Q. What do you think is your biggest achievement throughout your professional journey?
A. To be up-to-dated at all times, and the ability to learn more; this quest of knowledge and learning a new thing every day is almost an obligatory and my favorite most duty that I must abide by to live with peace with myself, for I believe a day where you have not learnt something new is a day wasted...
Q. What are your current projects and what will you be doing in the near future?
A. My current project includes Recruitment & Selection and interview conduction, of course in Ufone. In the near future, I hopefully will be working as a team head in this very HR department.
Q. A word of advice you would like to pass on to women professionals who wish to pursue a career like you?
A. I believe working in a multinational organization is clearly the best thing that can happen for a woman, next to being born a woman of course, I say so not because I am feminist or anything of the sort; I say so only because it is all the more challenging to question the preset values for you and rise above as a phoenix would. One just needs to work hard enough and no dream which can be dreamt, is too big to be real. Women have great power and a natural tendency to accomplish great tasks with delicacy and intricate perfection. So don’t give up girls, chin up you are almost there!
