I have used efrodol tablets and they are amazing!I no longer get the usual pain, cramps, headache or bloating.

Assalamoalaikum,

I wanted to ask about the role of caffeine in monthly cycle. I have heard a lot about the association of caffeine with pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS), but then in this efrodol preparation we see caffeine added, could you please clear me about that? I know of caffeine as a diuretic, relieving progesterone related water retention, but still I'm confused in how does it cause pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS)?
