What drives you? (What makes you so passionate about your work)
I am passionate about making a difference with creativity and style.
I try to be different and creative whether it’s my project or my daily life.
Being a graphic designer by education, I love the creativity, the flexibility, the ability to apply my talents to help make a difference and give my clients the moments they can cherish for a life time.

How did you get here and how long have you been in this profession (or been doing what you do)?
I have been doing these projects for more than a year now; it all started when I personally organised a surprise "dinner date" with my husband on a very special day of our life. He loved the idea.
This was followed by the series of such "dinner dates" for other family members.
Managements of hotels where these are usually organised were very happy to see the over-whelming response from customers and requested me to do the same for other other regular customers.

What has been your vision and what do you most love about your work?
My vision is to make "Dream Makers" a trusted name in event management/planning by expanding it from initial personalised events to commercial events. Seeing my clients happy is what I love most, it is a huge responsibility to make their special day delightful and creatively unique and supersede their expectations.

What do you think is your biggest achievement throughout your professional journey?
I cannot narrate any single achievement as customer satisfaction and appreciation after every event is most important for me. Although it’s very tough to manage time & effort since I am a housewife having tons of responsibilities to look after my family... so it was not possible at all without the support and encouragement from my husband and the family, I am what I am because of their love, support and encouragement!

What are your current projects and what do you plan on doing in the near future?
Current projects includes our signature "Surprise Dinner Date" for loved ones, birthday parties, magic shows, bridal showers, wedding events and lot more.
Future plan includes taking my event management to commercial companies for their seminars and other events.

A word of advice you would like to pass on to other women struggling with their start-ups?
Never give up your Dreams, Just because you are women. Just go for it, all it takes is the first step. Work hard for what you want. If somebody puts you down or criticizes you, just keep on believing in yourself and turn it into something positive.
